My name is **. I grew up in a small town called Shelby Township, MI. There was a small grocery store, gas station, chicken eatery, bakery, and a small family cider mill. These were all walking distance from my home. I grew up with 4 people in a 900ft or less square house. Times got very hard when my mother job hopped and my dad got injured on the job that put him out of work for almost a year. During this time, my sister was an infant and I was just 8 years old. After a short time, I found myself growing up a lot quicker and taking on more rolls than a child should. We almost lost our home and had to live off of credit cards for a while. Thankfully, my dad was able to have some amazing physical therapists work with him to get him back on his feet. Years continued to pass by and my mom would continue to job hop. My dad was the only stable income and still is to this day. My mom was and still is very mentally ill. During my youth, her behavior would stream into multiple affects.
